MINUTES
MEETING
JANUARY 4, 2010
Members of the Monroe City Council met at 5:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main Street on January 4, 2010.
Present:
Mayor R. Kirt Nilsson, Tamara Nilsson
Councilmember Troy Torgersen
Councilmember Warren Monroe and Shelly Monroe
Councilmember Lamar Ogden and Phyllis Ogden
Newly elected Councilmember Doug Gadd and Margaret Gadd
City Recorder Emalee Curtis
City Treasurer Allison Leavitt
Deputy Treasurer Diane Johnson
Chad Hunt, Richfield Reaper
The above individuals met for the purpose of having the oath of office administered to the newly elected members of the city council.
R. Kirt Nilsson, Warren Monroe, Lamar Ogden and Doug Gadd were sworn into office by City Recorder Emalee Curtis. They signed their oath of office document.
They were instructed that they would need to fill out a disclosure statement at the next regular city council meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
