Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr. has declared March 16-20, 2009 as Flood Safety Awareness Week in Utah, this in conjunction with National Flood Safety Awareness week.

Floods come in all shapes and sizes and can arrive without a moment's notice or with a slow creep.
