Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Building Authority of Monroe City will meet on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin at approximately 7:45 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows.  . 
 
 
1.  Open a PUBLIC HEARING to receive comments from the public with respect to the issuance of the Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the Facility to be funded by the Bond, Series 2015; to finance the cost of construction of a sports park for the City and related facilities.
 
2.  Adjournment

POSITION: LIBRARY ASSISTANT - for Monroe City.  Skills in typing, public relations/customer service, office practices and computer usage required.  Knowledge of library procedures a must.  Preference will be given to Monroe area residents.  Flexible part-time employment.  Minimum 10-15 hours a week to provide basic library services.  Some Saturday work will be required.  
 
Applications will be accepted at the Monroe City Office, 10 North Main Street, Monroe, Utah 84754 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 or until position is filled.  Monroe City reserves the right to reject any or all applications.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 10, 2015, the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Building Authority of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah (the "Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) declaring its intention to issue its Lease Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”) pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended and the Utah Local Building Authority Act, Title 17D, Chapter 2, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended (collectively, the “Act”) and to call a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds.

            The Issuer shall hold a public hearing on March 24, 2015, at the hour of 7:30 p.m.  The location of the public hearing is the City Office, 10 North Main, Monroe, Utah.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact that the Project financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector.  All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
