MONROE CITY UTILITY BOARD:  The Monroe City Utility Board holds its regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday and fourth Tuesday of each month as deemed necessary by the board.  Meetings begn at 6:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main Street, Monroe, Utah.
