PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monroe City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main, Monroe, Utah for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to the Monroe City Land Use Ordinance as follows:
Changes to flag lot requirements. Change home office from a conditional use to a permitted use in all zones. Change composition of the planning commission. Disband the Board of Adjustments and appoint an individual to serve as the Monroe City Appeals Authority. Change requirements in the city’s source protection zone to not allow sealed fully contained septic systems in any zone in the city.
