MONROE CITY AMENDED ORDINANCE
Ordinance 2-01-2012 amending Monroe City’s Land Use Management and Development Code Regulations has been approved and adopted by the City Council of Monroe, Utah. Changes to the ordinance include flag lot requirements, change home office from a conditional use to a permitted use in all zones, change the composition of the planning commission, disband the Board of Adjustments and appoint an individual to serve as the Monroe City Appeals Authority and change the requirements in the city’s source protection zone to prohibit fully contained sealed septic systems in any zone within the city.
The ordinance was approved, passed and ordered published on the 14th day of February, 2012 and will become effective upon publication. A copy of the ordinance is available for review at the Monroe City Office, 10 North Main, Monroe, Utah.
