Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Board of Adjustments will meet on Thursday, October 13th 2011 at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows.

1.  Request of Sevier County Building Authority for a height variance to construct the EMS Building at a height of 32’ 10”.  Property located at 655 S. Main & 665 S. Main. (Monroe City Land Use Ordinance Section 1203)
