BUDGET HEARING

MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF MONROE CITY

As required by law, the Municipal Building Authority of Monroe City has scheduled a public hearing to consider adoption of the 2013-2014 annual budget by resolution. The hearing will be held at approximately 7:45 p.m. in conjunction with the regular meeting of the Monroe City Council which will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Monroe City Office, 10 North Main Street, Monroe, Utah.

The 2012-2013 budget may also be opened and amended by resolution to increase the building authority expenditure and revenue budget.

A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection at the office of the City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Monroe, Utah.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Emalee H. Curtis, City Recorder, (435) 527-4621 at least three working days prior to this meeting.
